Layered

I lead a design project titled Layered which consists of a series of 3D printed textiles that can be used for various applications. The project explores the technique of 3D printing onto fabric focusing on colour, pattern, shape and height producing very tactile and curious outcomes.

A selection of this work is currently available to see at electrobloom Studio 2.11 Oxo Tower Wharf, London and The Special Collections Museum in Manchester. If you are interested in commissions or collaborations surrounding this project, please get in touch via my contact page.

Stitched

A playful selection of fabric samples exploring the use of laser cutting and traditional embroidery techniques to create bold, three-dimensional outcomes.

This body of work is on-going, and I have created a series of products in relation to the samples produced from this, please refer to my 3D design section for more information.

Connect

Colourful 3D components designed for an easy, intuitive assembly, combining aesthetics and functionality in a user-friendly way.

These components were modelled in a computer aided design software and constructed using 3D printing technology.

Wellbeing Bags

A series of prototypes exploring the boundaries of everyday use objects – the backpack.

The focus of this project was to investigate how humans interact with their daily use items, and how I could re-design them to be more comfortable whilst adapting to their lifestyles.
